Anni Golding is suspicious of chocolates that come packed with artificial ingredients and preservatives.

“Anything that can sit on a shelf for six months is not food,” says the Palo Alto chocolatier, owner of the locally based boutique Gateau et Ganache.

The Nibble looks at the history of marshmallows and declares Gâteau et Ganache to have some of the "best American marshmallows."
