Blackberry
Blackberry puree gives our marshmallows their lovely purple color and sweet berry flavor. A true taste of summer!
Vanilla Bean
Perfect for s'mores, hot chocolate, or serving as a special treat to friends and family. Made with Tahitian vanilla beans, you can actually see the flecks of the bean!
Passion Fruit
Sweet and tart at the same time, passion fruit is a customer favorite.
Cranberry
These are something special -- sweet and tart with the luscious flavor of cranberry. Pair them with a luscious dark chocolate spread and graham crackers for a new twist on s'mores!
Lime
Sweet-tart and reminiscent of key-lime pie or a margarita, but with the fluffy texture of a marshmallow. Delicious!
Pumpkin Spice
Ever wonder what would happen when marshmallows got together with pumpkin pie? The result is our Pumpkin Marshmallows, handmade with pumpkin purée and just the right spices
Gâteau et Ganache creates fluffy, fresh, handmade marshmallows in a variety of flavors. We use only fresh fruit purées, Tahitian vanilla, and rich, dark cocoa powder when making our marshmallows -- no preservatives or unnecessary ingredients.
Marshmallows are available seasonally and by special order. Visit our online boutique for seasonal assortments or contact us to place a special order. (Special order minimum: four dozen of one flavor.)
