Strawberry

Delicate and sweet strawberry purée gives the flavor and color to this fluffy marshmallow.

Lemon

Lemon meringue pie meets marshmallow! Soft, sweet, with a bit of tartness!

Vanilla Bean

Made with Tahitian vanilla beans, you can actually see the flecks of the bean!

Gâteau et Ganache creates fluffy, fresh, handmade marshmallows in a variety of flavors. We use only fresh fruit purées, Tahitian vanilla, and rich, dark cocoa powder when making our marshmallows -- no preservatives or unnecessary ingredients.

Marshmallows are available seasonally and by special order. Visit our online boutique for seasonal assortments or contact us to place a special order. (Special order minimum: four dozen large size of one flavor.)
