November 25: "View from the Bay" Re-Running Anni's Segment!

"The View from the Bay" is re-airing our "Chocolate Orange Ganache Glaze" segment Wednesday, November 25. If you're in the Bay Area, you can watch at 3pm (before Oprah) on ABC7/KGO-TV. The segment will be streamed live and posted on www.viewfromthebay.com by 6pm Wednesday.

San Francisco Holiday Chocolate Show - November 14, 2009

If you are in the Bay Area, come indulge your chocolate cravings this Saturday, November 14th at the First Annual San Francisco Holiday Chocolate Show from 12-5 at Herbst Pavilion at Fort Mason Center, San Francisco.

Be sure to stop by the Gâteau et Ganache table to indulge your passion for our chocolate bonbons and handmade marshmallows and get a head start on your holiday gift purchasing too! Remember to bring an unwrapped toy with you, members of the San Francisco Fire Department will be collecting them for their annual Toy Program.

The wonders of autumn have inspired us once again.  Gâteau et Ganache’s Autumn 2009 Chocolate Bonbon Collection and Handcrafted Marshmallows are now available! 

We're Back

Gâteau et Ganache is back from a lovely summer vacation! We recently stocked Palo Alto’s Piazza’s and Draeger’s with fresh chocolate bonbons and handmade marshmallows. The team at Piazza’s put up a special Gâteau et Ganache “Handmade in Palo Alto” sign to catch the attention of anyone with a preference for low-carbon footprint chocolate using the best of local ingredients – such as organic fruits, herbs and cream.

1000th Chocolate for Chocolate Banquet

Recently, Gâteau et Ganache's popular La Passion Chocolate Bonbon was selected by self-proclaimed chocoholic, Corinne DeBra of Chocolate Banquet as part of her 1000th chocolate celebration. In 2006 Corrine made a bet with someone that she could eat a chocolate a day for a year and she is still going strong! Thanks Corinne for making Gâteau et Ganache a part of your special day!
